** Refunds are issued upon receipt of the original course package and within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges which are included in the course price are non-refundable. (Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable: minus $50 for North America continental orders, $75 for international orders)

IMPORTANT: You must contact us to obain a RMA # and return address information. . We will also send you proper return shipping instructions and documentation. Subscription services such as chatrooms and scanner services are not refundable once the service has commenced.
